hardware used in my Pizza Cutters are manufactured by Crest Ware and are stainless
steel. The handles are made of select
Exotic Hardwoods from around the world.
I finely handcraft and apply a durable finish to each handle. To
clean, use a mild detergent on the stainless steel parts only and wipe the handle
with a damp cloth and dry. DO NOT
place the Pizza Cutter in the dishwasher. (For International
