CHEESE KNIVES The cutlery blades in my Premium quality stainless knives were manufactured in Sheffield, England, which has a long tradition of producing high quality cutlery. The manufacturer has been in production for over 100 years. The handles are made of select Exotic Hardwoods from around the world. I finely handcraft and apply a durable finish to each handle.
