Pin door was made by the Corbin Cabinet Lock Co. in or around 1903 and can be
found on page 70 of Jane Ingram’s Second Edition Illustrated Guide. The glass is Beveled and the number has
been replaced due to deterioation of the original paper number. The wood used for the cabinet is rare highly
figured spalted Big Leaf Maple from the USA, and the trim wood is domestic Eastern
Red Cedar. The Joinery used is a
corner post Double Dovetail Joint.
This bank is coated with 8 coats of sprayed lacquer inside and out for
