Bank #B072 © This #1 sized bank was hand-crafted from figured Red Heart
from Mexico, and trimmed with Domestic Rock Hard Maple. The hard to find 1897
Eagle Lock door was made from Cast bronze.
Everything is original on this door, except the glass, which was
replaced with beveled acrylic due to the original glass being damaged. The door is shown on page 109 of Jane
Ingram’s Second Edition Book. The
Joinery used is a corner-post double dovetail. Each bank is coated with 4 to 5 coats of sprayed lacquer inside
and out for a beautiful finish. The
finish on this bank and all of my banks has been hand rubbed and waxed so it
feels as smooth as glass. $260.00 (Plus
