Bank #B065 © This #2 sized bank was handcrafted from Crotch cut Bubinga
from Camaroon, and trimmed with Brazilian Pau Amarello. These two woods along with the yellow,
black and white inlay seem to compliment each other. I have never seen a piece of Bubinga quite
like this before. The Joinery used is a corner-post double dovetail. The door used was made by Corbin in or
around 1912. The grain in the wood of
this bank is a real eye catcher. Each
bank is coated with 4 to 5 coats of sprayed lacquer inside and out for a beautiful
finish. The finish on this bank and
all of my banks has been hand rubbed and waxed so it feels as smooth as
